NO ALL of the girls are Kobe’s Vanessa and Kobe have been together for 19 years, they have had a rough ride but were doing so much better since he left basketball!! Magic also had a troubled time in his marriage while playing basketball !!!!

Just speculating of course but I believe Kobe ALWAYS flied his own helicopter, at least that is how I remember it from when he used to fly to Staples center

Just read that on TMZ. It also mentions engine sputtering before the crash, which means they lost power (lift).
