I do not believe that you know anything about the state of people’s salvation.
Nor have I judged Kobe’s salvation.
I have, however disproved of his escaping the proper punishment for a crime in which the evidence was clear but facts were insufficient to overcome the man’s wealth and fame.

Why do you think you know anything about the woman. She had signs of rape registered in an examination of her lower region. She also had been bruised above the neck.
The interview with Kobe did not lend itself to his initial denial nothing happened. He then admitted to having frequent sex with another woman named Michelle and they enjoyed his gripping her neck. Often.

I think raped that woman. Because there is not a conviction does mean it did not happen. I believe Juanita Broaddick too. And no, I do not believe all woman, I know there are tons of false rape accusations. In fact, my cop friend who works in major city works those cases and flat out told me maybe 80% of accusations are BS, which makes their job harder.

Unless you were hiding under the chair watching Kobe and the young lady having sex you have no idea what actually happened. The "evidence" that was uncontested was that the young lady apparently consented to oral and vaginal sex in multiple positions, and then spoke positively about the experience later to other people.
The evidence was far from "clear" and from what was reported was probably insufficient for a criminal conviction. Which may be why the young lady chose to withdraw her cooperation.

This accuser had made claims against her father and uncle. She was sent a a mental hospital and the only reason this stuff wasn’t brought up is CO rape shield laws. She wasn’t supposed to be working that night, and asked to handle Kobe. Then left work fine and said nothing. Her and the bellboy(who had his dna in he rpanties) made up the story for $$$. Her friends said say on early social media back then. The judge flatout said there was no case. Only reason is was settle is because the Lakers were in the middle of the playoffs. Kobe never had any claim before or after. Only from this woman who was litterally jsut out of a mental ward.

I have no idea who this guy is. Still, sad that people died. I remember when the news about Dale Earnhardt came out, I had absolutely no idea who he was, considering the massive amount of publicity that it generated.
