Wuhan must be a major hub for travel.

Very much so, there's been about 14,000 flights to the US since the outbreak was discovered, roughly 5,000,000 passengers have taken flights through Wuhan have at least touched US soil. Many went onto other flights (and visited tourist destinations.) This doesn't count all those who took indirect flights to the US.

Which makes me kinda doubtful over the whole purported virulence of this infection. Oh, and of course also demonstrates how security theaters the actions are in 'isolating' areas; the cat left the bag weeks ago.

“Wuhan must be a major hub for travel.”

It is.

It is both a major North-South crossroads as well as East-West.

11 million people.
