Your advice - which I tried to follow for decades - FAILED! Intermittent fasting combined with higher fat has succeeded.
And if you don’t care, don’t post. I post BECAUSE I care and because of how much my life has changed in the last year.
You cannot eat as much fat and protein you want a day. You cannot overeat which is what worries me. There is no discussion on HOW MUCH these keto people eat.
