Of course they're threatened....that's why they began the impeachment thrust even before Trump was seated. They knew what Trump ran on and that their hands were in every cookie jar. Further they also knew throughout the Pres run they had a “false” sense Hillary would win so they were not prepared to cover their tracks as effectively....rather they had prepared for Hillary to continue with their agenda.

So of course they're fighting to keep themselves out of jail....and the media is a huge part of diverting attention away from their corruption....actually the media is as guilty as they are!
