I worked in a big city ER for years. Our hospital was world famous but was located in a slum area so,as a result,we had affluent patients from the suburbs (and around the world) as well as slum residents,most of whom were welfare recipients and many of whom were illegals.

Ten bucks says this ER has a very similar profile.

So it's pretty obvious what can go wrong...particularly in a large swing state like PA.
