EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. Eli Manning is ready to write the final chapter of his historic career.
One of the best, most popular and most decorated players in Giants history, Manning, a two-time Super Bowl winner and most valuable player, will announce his retirement Friday, ending a 16-year career spent entirely with the team he joined in a draft-day trade in 2004.

They were talking so bad about him, calling him a bum and washed up. Today its all about his greatness, historical career, thanks for the memories.

Those poor Manning boys.Between them they just couldn’t match the G.O.A.T.

HOF for sure with two SB wins SBs alone don't guarantee HoF. Look at Trent Dilfer LOL.
But it could happen. One of the few things I like about baseball, is that its HoF is very prestigious and has strict eligibility requirements. You've literally got to be the best of the best.

I was an NC State student during the Reign of Rivers. He was so fun to watch. I really thought he’d be doing great things in the NFL, but I guess the Chargers just weren’t a good fit. I didn’t even realize he was headed to Florida.

Yep, Phillip Rivers is no dummy. In California he was paying 12.5% California state income tax rate. In Florida there is no state income tax.

Eli hasnt been good for a number of years. Brady is 11 months removed from a super bowl ring. Give him a receiver and a tight end and hes probably back in the AFC championship game or super bowl. I am not a Pats fan but he got a raw deal with the offensive weapons he got this year.

Brady didn't have his best supporting cast this season - particularly at tight end - but in his prime he made receivers look better than any other QB could.
Stick a fork in him ... he's done.

So we agree that it’s about more than the win-loss record. Eli also has more passing TDs and yards than John Elway.
