Such BS. All on the guy and nothing on the woman. How do you stop her exactly short of threatening her, which will get your torn up in court? How is a 23 yr old going to know in 10 years the woman he married going to be 180 degrees different? Why does the cost of the child vary by the amount the guy makes? If that is your situation, you married too quickly without really getting to know the lady. I see why so many couples live together for a long time before making it legal. My wife and I lived together for 4 years before getting married, and by that time I knew her well.
Again, I am not a lawyer, but prenups are mainly for wealth acquired BEFORE marriage, not during marriage.
As for child support, if you make half a million/year, you want your own kids to live like if you made $50k? How selfish!!
