A mother of two who was acting as a surrogate for another family, died during childbirth, according to a GoFundMe created to help the family.
Michelle Reaves, described as a “mama, wifey and beautiful soul,” passed away last week due to complications while giving birth.
After Reaves and her husband birthed their own children, they decided to help other families have babies, according to the GoFundMe. This was Reaves’ second time being a surrogate for the same family.

I remember watching a show about him (I think). Wasn’t it the examination of expectant mothers where he developed his theory? He thought that doctors were spreading disease from patient to patient and so he decided to wash his hands after each patient and rate of infection dropped dramatically. Or I might be confusing it with someone else.

How many women, how many patients, were made ill? Wow.
Selling babies cost her, her life.
Does the Catholic Church READ the Bible? Abrahams wife had a surrogate. So did Rachel when she couldn’t have children. The more I read about how the Catholic Church thinks, the more I’m glad I’m no longer one.

I hope her family says lots and lots of prayers for her soul. I sure wouldn't want to face my Maker with THAT on my conscience.

Those were natural conceptions, not IVF. There’s something about IVF that puts out a different chemistry when the ova doesn’t belong to the surrogate.
That said, I’m not sure of what your point is about the catholic church.
I do know they see the bible differently than other Christion denominations...but then they all differ from one another. Reminds me of the tower of Babel..

Sometimes I think that we are no better off — theres cancer which appears will be with us forever, AIDS and we know what causes it but ignore prevention and opt for a cure instead.
prayers for her soul are wasted and make no difference. The only thing that counts was did she trust in Jesus Christ alone for her salvation.
