Use enough water to cover the bottom, but not so much it will steam the bacon. Line the pan with foil.
Okay. Thanks. I’ll give that a try tomorrow. I have a pound of bacon thawed in the refrigerator. I’ll try half of it in the oven with parchment paper too. I never tried that method either. Hope I don’t end up having to clean the oven again. .
