Question for our lawyers @LLinWood @VicToensing @JaySekulow or @RudyGiulianirepeated defamation being made by Schiff and Dems outside of Congress saying @potusis inviting foreign interference etc. Is it not possible for lawsuits against them or prosecution for statutes?

I was under the impression that if they weren’t on the floor of Congress where they can lie to their hearts content, shades of Harry Reid, they can be held accountable.
But they never are unless they are a pubbie like Steve King who was stripped of his committee assignments because of alleged racist comments.
