I agree. The Cliff Booth character edges Rick Dalton as the real hero of the movie, IMO. Rick is too full of angst and drama. Cliff just gets it done.
A lot of where Trantino picks up the actors expressions. I mean Sharon Tate’s character is almost 90% expressions, Cliff Booth too, (Pitt), it’s mainly his expressions, or not knowing what to say.
