When I saw “Madison”, I thought they were talking about Wisconsin.
I thought Wisconsin too. If it was Madison, WI, the gun laws prohibit concealed carry in a lot of places. So, the outcome would have likely been much different.
I live in Madison which was once a city of its own before Metro was created in the 60s. It’s Nashville, except that my mail has to be addressed to “Madison”. There are a number of areas like this and one, Berry Hill, which refused annexation and remains a “city withing a city” with its own city government, police, etc.

Me too, but when I realized that no mention was made of the shot perp picking the robbed victim out of a Police line up that it couldn’t be Madigastan.
