Solzhenitsyn and his Gulag Archipelago are what shifted me from being liberal to conservative. The fact that the Bernie organizer can actually claim that their horror is just a CIA lie and that they were in fact humane places where ‘billionaires’ could become working men and enjoy occasional conjugal visits makes me want to puke.
