Before the tornado, right there in town, at the corner you turn at to head for The Well, there was the best damn Cajun restaurant in all of Kansas.
Couple of GOM platform hands transferred to Greensburg to work at the pump station. Retired and opened the restaurant.
Don’t know of current status or location but, them coonasses could cook so I’m sure they re-opened somewhere.

If they were mixed up with Kesey (again, most likely of the choices in JMHO) and The Grateful Dead (Don't rule out others like Jefferson Airplane et al... I always liked them better than The Dead LOL), what if they had a hand in oh, say... uh... THE ENVIRONMENTAL MOVEMENT! Yeah, that's the ticket! The Environmental Movement, where all the old commies ran off to hide when the USSR died!!
What if the CIA was mixed up with the Environmental Movement, and cats like Ira Einhorn and his ilk?
