Bill Clinton was appointed co-chairman of the Interim Haiti Recovery Commission (IHRC), along with Haitian Prime Minister Jean-Max Bellerive. They raised over NINE BILLION DOLLARS. Yes, that's Billions with a B. Only 10% of that money ever made it to Haiti, and even that small amount was rife with corruption, bribes and misappropriation. The people of Haiti HATE the Clintons.
