Lefty darling Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez just got herself a loyal new supporter - a puppy - and she has big plans for him.
The freshman Democrat unveiled her newest furry addition on Instagram Monday, showing off a gray-eyed, chocolate-colored puppy with the appearance of a French bulldog.
“So we just did something big!” AOC said in the story before turning the camera around to unveil the pup.
“Hey boo boo, hi. Welcome to our family,” she added while letting the new pet sniff and lick her hands.
The Democratic socialist darling confirmed on Twitter that the dog was a boy, repeatedly referring to it as “he” or “him.”

On Instagram, she asked her followers to provide name suggestions, saying, “He doesn’t have a name yet! We are thinking something Star Trek related or Bronx/Queens/NYC/social good related.”

Poor dog, it will be a schizophrenic mess before she is done with it. Some people just should not own dogs for the dog’s sake and mental health.
AOC didn’t get her Dog from a NYC Shelter? She paid a Breeder/Puppy Mill for the dog? Her fans will not approve of this!
