My wife has decreed that we are going on an 8/16 intermittent fasting regime starting next week. Im actually OK with that.
the intermittent fasting ..I could do.....they say to start with moderation.....so maybe I'll try 12 hrs and then move slowly up to 14...
I was in shape, I'm in better shape. I was strong, I'm stronger. I had clarity of thought, my mind is sharper. I was good looking, hubba hubba.
Don't neglect balance training. For real.
As far as strength and health generally... unless you are gonna do it faithfully forever it's a waste, don't bother.
Could you explain what an 8/16 intermittent fasting regime actually is?
