They were forced to clothes.
A clothing optional resort in Paw Paw, W.Va., that hoped to end 2019 with a hot party is starting 2020 in ashes.
Avalon Resort posted on its Facebook page on New Years Eve that Due to an emergency, the venue would be closed until further notice. A follow-up posting on New Years Day clarified that emergency was a raging fire.
On New Years Eve we had a fire in the lodge, the site said. Thankfully, no one was injured.
According to that posting, the lodge will rise again.
The aquatic center was not affected at all, the nudsino needs some work and clean up but can be back up and running. The barn was untouched, the au naturel inn said. We are temporarily closed but are already working on plans to reopen. We also want to thank all of the fire companies and EMS crews that came to our aid. We will keep everyone updated.

Thanks for that. We enjoy hanging out with the local naturists ourselves from time to time. Solid folks.

I have never understood the need some people have to interfere with others who aren’t bothering anyone. It’s not my cup of tea, but it’s also none of my business. Government is full of people like that. Perhaps it’s time to pause and reflect?
Hey, you’ll probably get your wish. This has too convenient of an insured event written all over it...
I cant believe Im reading support from some of you here for adults and children running around with their clothes off....
....then the quotes of Im praying.....etc
GOD IS NOT MOCKED!
I’ve always had problems with dry skin and coupled with my way beyond last place looks in Mr. Universe, guess I will pass on the idea.
The percentage of people who look good naked is quite small.
Why? What do you care if a bunch of folks like to run around the woods in the nude?
biscuits and gravy

Or skin maladies requiring sunlight. Trust me, after about an hour you are over the naked thing. People just don’t look good naked.
I look wonderful nude...
If it’s dark enough!
The posters who support naturism in this thread, have it pretty well defined, conservative, representative of American moral values (of the 50's) and certainly not what outsiders imagine it to be. I see more Trump stickers at the resorts than I see in the surrounding communities.
I would like to add that a huge number of naturists are active or prior members of the military. We were all placed in circumstances when communal nudity was commonplace, the SSS's in basic training, community showers in deployed areas and basic lack of privacy in the barracks at home.
You don't need to worry about the naturists being weird. The people that should worry you are the ones trying to sneak a peak through the fence.
“Hot Babe Alert!”
Have you ever been to a nudist colony? The last time I went was about 30 years ago and I still have nightmares. And NOW Americans average 25 lbs. heavier.
But if there were one in Asia...
A customer of my company from the Midwest went to St Martin with his wife.
First day there he found the pool with a swim up bar and young topless women hanging around. He drank and watched the nakedness until he was too drunk to continue. He spent the next two days in his hotel room suffering from painful sunburn.
The first day was the highlight of his trip!!
What an idiot!
Spent a holiday in Martinique back in 1989. Went to a Club Med beach... oolahlah! After 10 minutes I got over it, and the rest of the afternoon was very pleasant, as were the crepe stands.
I’m a volunteer firefighter. We have a nudest camp in our fire district. I personally dislike calls to the camp, I really dislike EMS calls there. Most, but not all of the campers should not be going around without clothes on in public.
Every fourth of July they have fireworks and pay us to place a truck there on standby. Every year it becomes harder and harder to get firefighters to volunteer for this service. I find the place to be a bit creepy, but that is just my opinion. Personally I have the type of body that would be considered fit and tone so it’s not that I’m envious or something.
hang in there. The clothing disadvantaged pay taxes too.
“the nudsino needs some work and clean up but can be back up and running”
Nobody’s got an ace up their sleeve at the nudsino.
Hey I hope you’re feeling better man.
“Why? What do you care if a bunch of folks like to run around the woods in the nude?”
Look if Michelle Obama wants to with her other Sasquatch people then fine. Most don’t always see Bigfoot, majority don’t believe it’s real.
the rest of us however don’t want to see these people when we are on a nature walk.
I agree. Not saying women should go around wearing burkas and men have to wear a suit and tie all the time but sheese put some clothing on. A shirt and shorts is just fine I don’t need the “too much information”
