They are stating that he doesn’t work in patient care. At which point, it is probably a liberal bully BRAGGING about something he’d like to do but isn’t actually doing.
A healthcare facility would have to aggressively deal with this, because they would be sued for billions if they had a mass murder targeting whites and conservatives for execution. And deliberately witholding medicine and giving the wrong drugs IS attempted murder.
Someone who works for food service delivering trays could tamper with medicine as you pass through. You might contaminate the food or the untensils that you leave.
You are not a nurse so could be considered to not be involved in Patient care.
