I assume he's guilty of violating the law in Japan. Japan isn't known as a country that persecutes people for things like this, in fact, quite the opposite.

So while I share your admiration for a well-executed escape, it's still a crook getting away from the cops, and that's not something to celebrate.

I can tell you right now that if Ghosn was Japanese and did the same thing, he would have never set a foot in jail. Nissan did this to get rid of him.

Haven’t you even begun to notice how corrupt everything everywhere is? Please, do not EVER assume anyone is guilty.

And please don’t serve on any juries until you understand the concept of presumption of innocence, and guilty beyond reasonable doubt.
