Anti-Trump dossier author Christopher Steele testified that he was “absolutely flabbergasted” when BuzzFeed published the dossier after an advisor to late Senator John McCain shared the controversial document with the media outlet purportedly against Steele’s wishes.

The first mention of the dossier I heard was on CNN. Blitzer intoning that the IC considered it from a reliable source. Going on to indicate serious serious stuff.
Then buzz feed published it. I read it and started laughing —it clearly was bogus—actually a good thing that happened- it showed just how tainted CNN’s reporting was.
