That vase in the picture is ceramic. Fragile and easily breakable!

If we send him a vase we should make it of steel. Heck, we aren't making these mark 4 casings anymore! Remove the fins, stand it up, buff it up, paint a peaceful field of flowers on it and ship it to him as a new year's present! :)

Glad to hear that your back is sort-of better. I agree that sometimes the risk is that the doctor won't make you better, and you end up worse than you feel right now!

I wouldn't say I am worse in my cervical {the rest of my back has gone unattended}; the first few months were remarkably better... there has been some decline since then with the cervical. For the first time in about 9 months I am wearing my foam collar regularly.

As I like to say: Onward and upward. D@mn the torpedoes! Full speed ahead! . . . well, maybe not 'full' speed. ;^) ¿Dead Slow Ahead?
