See Iran bluster, in a mood over devastating US sanctions, reduced to taking advantage of impeachment political divisions stirring here.
That US Compound is 104 acres, slightly smaller than Vatican City. US media issues confusing reports about what is breached, seemingly itching for escalating the state of play.
POTUS plays the event off as under quite under control and troops at the ready.
Then, the media reports a reception room is set afire.
Other media reports the Embassy itself has not been breached, no deaths of anyone, not of protesters, or US personnel. 1000 additional troops are en route.
What is going on? Low information must be permeating pundit world.
