It is one thing to leave the thread in a huff. I should know...
It is entirely different when one acts on their personal interpretation and has another member’s post pulled.
Bad form, what?

Misinterpretation all around can always be forgiven.

We can’t force the mods to remove another member’s post. It’s likely the Mod didn’t see anything wrong with the post but, having received one objection to it, removed it to avoid having more disagreement or accusations.

I asked a post to be pulled long ago - it was an image of Christ superimposed upon a vulgar meme. It was unbearable in my opinion, pointless and intentionally provoking. The mod ignored my request. The person posting told me to toughen up and take my lumps etc.
The next day, I reported abuse again and explained how I felt about it - that mod removed it.

So peeps report, and Mods gauge the likelihood that the post will offend or disrupt, and just like us FReepers, they don’t always agree and even in disagreement, both feel they understand perfectly correctly.
