Your confusion is you are trying to apply math to a linguistic construct. Language has definitions. Math has solutions. You refuse to recognize the distinction. And excuse me, now I have to scream.
****************************************************************************************
I am quite aware that language has definitions.
Now as I have explained before, if you want, you can certainly claim that a baby born on 1/2/2020 is now 1 year old and on 1/2/2029, you can try to enroll him in a program for children who must be at least ten years old.
However, due to the accepted definition, you’ll be told the child is only 9. And math also has definitions—very precise ones. Now your problem is you keep responding to me, and I’m not going to quit replying back.
So the solution is that if you want to end this—just stifle—and don’t post any more to me on this subject.
Just my $00.02 aimed at absolutely nobody.
It’s not all that complicated. Decades begin at, say 20011 and run through 2020. The roaring 20s will no begin until 2021. Now most people will say it’s 2020 through 2029. That’s fine, I would never argue such a trvial point.
The comment that you are 1 year old a year after your placenta freddom anniversary applies.
