In an unexpected turn of events, Congress appealed to President Trump to pardon everyone accused of this crime, starting with themselves.
Posting votes on legislation that they haven’t read, apparently falls under that statue.
Many Conservatives were urging President Trump to reject the pardon requests. They recognize that it was decimate their ranks, but that may be an acceptable outcome if Congress is executed in the process.

Don’t you have to go back through the history of our board’s “culture” (so to speak)? Remember at first we didn’t have to excerpt. That wasn’t really our fault, the libtard judges forced that. Next the websites we had to link to started using “new technology” to assault us with “pop up” ads that were nauseatingly annoying. So we quit bothering. At first people were sensitive3 enough to add a comment that gave one a reasonable expectation of what you would find when you did “read the article”. Over time, for one reason or another (forcing traffic to their blog?) people became “less courteous” in this nicety. To the point many bitch and whine about “read the article!” You posted it. It’s your damn job to inform the reader with a comment.
Yes. Me. And I’m sick of “read the article”. If there is something important in what you couldn’t excerpt at least give us an idea of what that might be. If you are just driving traffic to your blog screw you. I’m with hublegunner here.
Uh oh. Laz could be in trouble. By his own admission he’s been proudly posting without reading the articles since 2000.
I'm sure President Trump will grant him a pardon.

Sorry if you thought I was accusing you. You asked a question, sort of an implied “Is there anyone out there...”. My response was , “Yeah, me.”

Also, I would be a Dead Man Walking wrt commenting without reading the entire article (or sometimes, any of it at all! :-)
But hey, new year, new habits (hopefully).
It would lower the population considerably, but what is the penalty for reading the article and still having no comprehension? There has to be a severe price to pay for that as well.
The Interweb would be a ghost town.
The majority of people who respond to posts in any forum you can name do so either to espouse their opinion on the OP (without ever bothering to address the OP’s question or concern) of simply to inform the OP he’s asked the wrong question.
