Cats on Broadway was a big hit. It is creative and the music by Andrew Lloyd Webber is awesome.

Cats the movie changed everything....even the music.

It was the usual Hollywood arrogance of knowing how to do things “better” than stage.

That is why Cats the movie is a failure....it strayed away from the stage production.

What turned me off to the movie version of Cats was when Snoke and Snape battled, light-saber against wand, on the bridge of the Enterprise to save Katniss from Edward Cullen.
