Who knows? The motivation for the attack was anti-white hatred, encouraged by the City of New York. I doubt that the attackers knew that Juan Fresnada was gay or that the other man had any connection with him.
Juan Fresnada was older and more vulnerable and couldn’t run fast enough. They clubbed him with a metal trash can.
This has got to stop. The city released a nutcase who had carried out 8 attacks on Jews (or people she thought were Jews) on the subway while screaming anti-Jewish slogans, and they said this wasn’t a hate-crime . I know, I don’t like “hate crime” designations either, but it needs to work both ways. They told this nutcase - who will kill somebody one of these days - that she has to report twice a month to some mental health facility in Queens. Yeah. Right.
The stupid judge was the same one who let out the chinatown mass-murderer with no required bail, when he was earlier arrested for assault
