McDonalds!!!....really!!!.....a candidate for the leader of the free world is worried about unionizing McDonalds....get the men in white coats to come for him and the rest of the demonrats....
It may take a few years but the fast food industry will eventually perfect their automation. There will be one guy who fixes the machines (at night) and one who shifts the cannisters from the trucks into the machinery.
The jobs lost are no matter to Biden - he WANTS more people on public assistance/welfare - just and added inclination for votes going to the politicos (democraps) who offer the most freebies (paid for by the taxpayers).

I’ve tried the various order taking kiosks and see they have ALOT of work yet to do on them.
The voice activation tech (now getting reasonably mature) would probably be an improvement on the touch screen currently used (too many screens/options to find what you want - a clumsy interface and if you pay cash they dont even start the order UNTIL you pay at the register they still have to man).
With the abusive bum/’homeless’ issues currently making the interior space of the restaurant a liability, that likely will be going away eventually.
Perhaps MCDrones simply make deliveries ??? (I can see the lawyers all rubbing their hands together for THAT fad to bring in the rich lawsuits when Amazon etc.. try to make that liability-heavy tech actually work).
