I'm afraid that many people who are unfamiliar with NY do not know that there is such a distinction. From my point of view, having grown up in beautiful Northern California when San Francisco was still truly a jewel upon the bay, NYC vs. Manhattan is just a confusing custom of giving two names to the same place.
This whole impeachment farce is being put upon the American people by demons from New York and California.

I use to work in Manhattan in sales, never ever ever ever again, I would rather chop off my head than ever go through that nightmare again especially in that upper West side which BTW gave us that the midget toad Jerry Nadler.
