5.08 How a Team Scores
“One run shall be scored each time a runner legally advances to and touches first, second, third and home base before three men are put out to end the inning.”
If the batter [Pelosi], hits a legally thrown pitch over the outfield wall in fair territory and does not advance to first base, a run [impeachment] IS NOT scored. The batter [Pelosi] is required to touch all the bases in proper order for a run [impeachment] to be added to the teams total.
The question, now, is is the batter “out”?
