Returning to previous thread.
I would suggest that would disqualify all the DemocRAT Senators, as well as the DemocRAT Representatives who passed this garbage in the first place.

Based on RBG’s rules, RBG should disqualify on anything related to Pres. Trump that comes before SCOTUS.
