Flynn has pled guilty (Shouldn’t have but he did!) to what he has been accused of and is awaiting sentencing. He can appeal which he should do! Trump can pardon as long as he is in office even if impeached.
Again FOR THE 999th IMPEACHMENT IS NOT REMOVAL!!!!
THAT TAKES A SENATE TRIAL WITH 2/3rds MAJORITY SENATORS VOTING GUILTY I.E. FOR REMOVAL!
Clinton was impeached but did not get the required number for removal!

I was explaining to the poster that Trump can indeed pardon Flynn, because Flynn was not impeached, he was prosecuted under criminal laws. Big difference. You misunderstood the comment, didn’t check the original post I was responding to, and have decided that you need to explain to me, a practicing lawyer, what the Constitution says. I think you have a reading comprehension issue.
