If they hit Detroit, you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. I was in Detroit recently and drove in big loop from downtown, to Hamtramck and around the West side, just to see where part of my Dad's family was originally was from.
An enemy would be foolish to waste any ordnance at all on that entire area.

You haven't visited the increasing outgrowing downtown hub of the city recently have you?
Of course there's decay in this old city but all the abandoned houses are being torn down and the vacant lots surrounding the ever expanding downtown area are being bought up by savvy investor's.
You have no idea of what the downtown area has to offer in terms of restaurants, bars, upscale stores, offices, apartments, lofts and new condominiums.........
Before you throw your crap at Detroit you might want to visit it.......
