Spread this around please...
Get the word out...
I haven’t set foot in a walmart in almost 12 years. But when I did, I was always armed.
I will NOT pull my handgun to defend ANYONE at Walmart and especially not management should a life-threatening situation occur until your no handgun ammo sales policy is reversed.
I have wrote to Corp Wallyworld and told them they should stop selling knives of all kinds since so many stabbing have been happening. Also they should quit carrying booze because of drunk drivers as well as car parts.
I did argue with the store manager here that he should stop selling shotgun shell also since I have a Siaga .410 and a pistol that shoots .410 shells. I have seen 12 gauge semi auto versions of the AR. Or he should at least sell me all the .420’s at 1/2 price to me.
If you really want to stand on principles - not to speak of morality, stop shopping at Walmart. Are you really willing to stand by and let what may happen in order to fool yourself into thinking you can or even want to influence Walmart? And what about Walmarts freedom and right to decide? Do you really want the right to dictate Walmarts policy?
Choose a market that will 100% succeed, build the model, and replicate.
Whats a CHL?
Levis jeans....nope
Greco Insurance...nope
Dicks Sporting Goods....nope
Target....nope
Add Walmart. I just wish there was an alternative to Amazon.
I find this vanity a bit silly, even threatening, and definitely cringeworthy unhelpful to 2nd amendment supporters and gunholders. If you dont like what Walmart has done, shop elsewhere. Dont threaten them, dont trains us with this BS.
We have a giant Bass Pro shop where they sell all kinds of guns and ammo and the salesmen know something about their products.
Now they dont have to compete with Wal Mart.
All is good.
Closeout on Remington UMC brass 9MM Box of 50...$4.00 at local Walmart.
Isn’t the freedom of choice great.
Enjoy and hope it continues.
I’m with you, bro. We cut our Walmart shopping way back, but sometimes it’s just easier to go there. I always go armed.
Childish.
To quote Andrew Branca at the Law of Self Defense dot com: “Carry A Gun So You’re Hard To Kill; Know The Law So You’re Hard To Convict”.
I carry to protect myself and my loved ones. I’m not a ‘sheepdog’; I won’t ‘ride to the sound of the guns’ to play hero and ‘save’ those who won’t take the time, trouble, and expense to increase their survival odds regardless of Walmart’s policies about handgun ammunition sales.
juvenile hysterical theatrics.
I rarely shop at wallyworld and when I do, its only for a couple of items I can’t get anyehere else.
But if something bad happens I’m hiding behind the manager or diving under the teflon pans..which ever comes first.
I don’t like the idea of that nasty store playing sjw. I haven’t needed parents to control me since I was a child a lifetime ago .
1. Your CHL does not make make you a mini-cop, or give you any official standing at all.
2. If you draw your weapon you need to be 100% certain of the situation.*
3. Your local gun store is a much better place to buy ammo anyway. Instead of getting all bent out of shape, spend a couple extra bucks at q real 2A supporter’s establishment.
* I have a friend who drove up to his daughter’s car because she had called that her battery was dead. When he got there, she was in a store and a thief was ransacking her car. He took out his weapon and confronted the thief. When the police got there he was almost arrested for brandishing. The only thing that saved him was that the thief agreed he had never pointed the weapon at him.
