Quick perusal of them internets indicates that Pi Kappa Phi is a typical, whitebread college frat that's been around awhile and has many chapters.

In which case this can't be ascribed to racial hatred; it's got to be some other stupid reason, possibly catalyzed by alcohol and/or drugs.
