A bit off topic, but it would be nice if the germans went sane. They are so damned smart, industrious, clean, and clever, but every eighty years or so they just go batshit crazy.
You got one thing wrong. The Germans don’t wait eighty years between bouts of mass insanity. The rotten 68er generation which has been the driving force in Germany since at least the early 80s has long been a bunch of, freeloading, soft on communism, America-hating, money-grubbing (will gladly pocket any tyrant’s blood money), limpwristed, pacifist, socialist, Gaia-worshipping, globalist scum.
As Goethe observed, Germans are fine individually but a disaster collectively.......and I say this as someone who has a lot of German ancestors, who lived there twice and who speaks the language.
This is why Germans often make great Americans, but lousy Germans.
