Its just a bunch of hot air.
A German railway company has taken back an apology they made to Greta Thunberg after they realized the climate activist wasnt schlepping it on the trains floor but instead was treated friendly in first class.
The rail company was responding to an image Thunberg tweeted of herself sitting amid bags and suitcases on the floor of what she called overcrowded trains through Germany.
The company, Deutsche Bahn, initially released a statement that said they continue working hard on getting more trains, connections and seats.
They also thanked Thunberg for supporting the companys battle against climate change and pointed out that the train she used had been running 100 percent on eco-friendly electricity.
But upon reflection, Deutsche Bahn said that Thunbergs overcrowded claims were just hot air.
The rail company claimed that the teenager had a seat in first class between Kassel and Hamburg and that other members of her team were already sitting in first class from Frankfurt onwards.
It would have been even nicer if you had also reported how friendly and competently our team served you at your seat in first class, the company added.

You got one thing wrong. The Germans dont wait eighty years between bouts of mass insanity. The rotten 68er generation which has been the driving force in Germany since at least the early 80s has long been a bunch of, freeloading, soft on communism, America-hating, money-grubbing (will gladly pocket any tyrants blood money), limpwristed, pacifist, socialist, Gaia-worshipping, globalist scum.
As Goethe observed, Germans are fine individually but a disaster collectively.......and I say this as someone who has a lot of German ancestors, who lived there twice and who speaks the language.
This is why Germans often make great Americans, but lousy Germans.
"You coastin' agin."
"No, you are!"
"No, you are!"
"I'll give you some damned shock, all right!"
No, I will!"
"No, I will!"
She's a modern Nellie Oleson.
The ticket you buy is good for a specific date. If you miss the train you had planned on you just take the next one (and maybe end up without a seat...). And believe me, DB will sell each and every ticket they possibly can...:)
> The last thing on Earth that Id do...is ride 30-odd hours on rail, avoiding a 3-hour airline flight.
HOW DARE YOU!!!
In the article it was stated that she had a first class ticket and was in a first class compartment for her entire ride. The photograph was 110% propaganda taken by her handlers. Deutche Bahn revealed that in the article.
Sorry. Couldn’t resist. /g
Yeah but when someone wants to take you to court and sue you butt off 18 makes you an adult.
I wonder how much energy was needed to ship those bananas to northern Europe.
