Yet we have to insist that people know the difference in false advertising law.
Test almond milk on your dog. He’ll spit it out every time.
Yet your dog will lap up that milk every time.

Once they allowed for no-fat ice cream, I figured the labeling is all arbitrary and capricious. It really started when they were llowed to change the lanbeling from “imitation” to “artificially flavored” (e.g. “imitation strawberry” is more accurate than “artificial strawberry”).
