Interesting. The almond meal can be used for flour for me, who has Type II.

One of my oldest friends makes little teacakes using almond meal. I lose my MI d they’re so good.

Developed lactose intolerance this year.

It really stinks...no cheese, milk, cream, ice cream etc. Have not had a pizza in months.

just glad I can eat butter.

Tried the almond milk and really disliked it. Am adjusting to soy milk but try to avoid having to use it. There is a very good cream substitute which I use for coffee so there is a bright side.

But I sure miss dairy products.

Almonds are a central crop and plot line in the Prime TV series Goliath.

It is about California water and water rights ownership. The bad guy owns thousands of acres of almond trees and controls all the water.

There was testimony in court that each almond requires one gallon of water to produce. So,each gallon of almond milk requires a humongeous amount of water in production

sometime between February and July of 2019, My A1c fell from 7 to 5.2. My blood sugar fell from say 136 to a consistent 100. Why? I have no clue. Although I am diabetic, I am not diabetic
