Eating peanuts on a long flight is lots of flatulence.

They don’t serve peanuts on planes anymore - allergy thing with possible law suits.

That is asinine to refuse to serve peanuts which has more protein and more fats than carb filled snacks such as crackers & potato chips. Just place a warning about peanut allergies, like they do about cancer on cigarettes.

During my 5000 rounds of golf, eating peanuts was the best snack. It did not give me sugar high and then a fast downdraft of energy. The fats & protein in peanuts result in steady release of energy and avoid blood sugar spikes. On the golf course, walking 6 miles in fresh air, flatulence is the least of problems.
