Since the SCOTUS just agreed to hear the case of Trump’s financial records — and two of the three groups who want to see the records are the House of Representatives in the impeachment process — can Trump go to the SCOTUS and ask them to declare the impeachment count for obstruction of Congress unconstitutional?
Sure would mess up Nadler’s plans...
