WTH - Sullivan denies motion because government says Flynn interview took place in January 2018, not 2017, and since Flynn didn’t correct and government says Mule report stating otherwise had typos ... this is outrageous!

In looking at some of the stuff Flynn signed, I'm guessing it's way too late to back out of his plea deal.
