Did Sullivan not get the gov admission the Strozk / Pinetka 302’s were switched? His ruling reads as if that’s not a factor for him. Unbelievable!
That’s something Congress needs to do post impeachment & 2020 election. In 2020/2021 change & dictate to the FBI. Your “interviews” (302 files) must be recorded & raw recordings and transcripts must be provided to subjects lawyers if there is a legal/crime issue! If they can’t produce the recording then the interview never happened!
The way they do it now is complete BS !
I am amazed its been allow to go on that long.

Sullivan did not agree that the summaries provided to Flynn were different than the handwritten notes. He noted that FBI agents are allowed to use both memory and notes.
Powell has a difficult case, because Flynn already plead GUILTY twice, under advice of previous counsel.
1) RATs immediately blamed Hillary's LOSS on Russians, in effort to undermine Trump's legitimacy and set up the coup d'etat.
2) Obama expelled 35 Russian diplomats, just weeks before Trump was to take oath of office. THIS WAS AN EFFORT TO SABOTAGE U.S.-RUSSIAN RELATIONS for the incoming administration, as well as the reasons mentioned in #1 above.
3) We now understand that another reason was to muddy the future investigation of Soros/Ukraine/RAT/CF/etc. empire of corruption.
4) FLYNN TRIED TO MITIGATE OBAMA DAMAGE, by asking Russians to be cool ... wait until Trump took office. The Russians complied with that request.
5) FLYNN'S WIRETAPPED CALL WITH RUSSIAN AMBASSADOR WAS ILLEGALLY SUPPLIED TO FBI.
6) Unaware his call was in FBI hands, Flynn had a conversation with FBI agents in which he, evidently, lied, playing into the hands of the coup d'etat planners.
It does appear Flynn was given most if not all the relevant Brady material, and yet he confessed and entered a guilty plea--TWICE. He also agreed to many things along the way, such as that he had received all Brady, had been advised by counsel, waived an offer of the court to allow him to seek advice of an "independent counsel", and so on.
I am not a lawyer, but it seems to me that Sidney Powell is going to have to argue that his prior lawyers were either crooked or incompetent.
