The misery that will become his life has just started.
Expect him to be removed from BSA and his youth ministry, followed by firing from his job. Then comes the fun of criminal assault charges and maybe a lawsuit.
In today’s world (or any world), slapping a woman’s butt is wrong. If I was her BF, I would find this guy and beat the holy crap out of him.
(And the beating would be tame, compared to what he's gonna to through with this circus, and he would go on with his life, lesson learned and maybe a black eye to bring to work.)
