I’m curious about the implications of the conspiratorial nature of the plot. I understand conspiracy can be criminal in and of itself, but what does that mean? Because the Crossfire Hurricane plot was a criminal conspiracy of the most blatant sort. Is it like criminal homicide, where you can be guilty of murder if someone dies during the commission of a crime even if you didn’t directly kill anyone? Meaning if one conspirator altered evidence (like Lisa Page did) is a co-conspirator (like Comey) liable for the same penalty even though he didn’t physically do the altering of evidence? I need some free legal advice here!

Excellent question:

"if one conspirator altered evidence (like Lisa Page did) is a co-conspirator (like Comey) liable for the same penalty even though he didn’t physically do the altering of evidence? I need some free legal advice here!"
