Pelosi won’t agree to a recess, so the senate probably will hold pro forma sessions.
I don’t see how the RATs can try and do anything until McConnel says how things will go down.
Isn’t there something in the Constitution about when the two houses of Congress can’t agree on date of Adjournment, POTUS can do it?
