Yeah... now that you mention it; should be grounds for a mistrial. Good thing Gen. Flynn found a competent atty. Of course appeals cost $$$. It has become pretty well accepted that AG Barr supplied exculpatory material in Flynn's case - DECLAS.

"Of course appeals cost $$$." I think, when the dust settles, the victims of an unsuccessful coup attempt will be well compensated for their troubles. I only hope it's paid out of seized wealth and not something borne by us taxpayers.
