American-made products are often impossible to find. A few years ago, I needed a new toaster. I had to settle for a Chinese toaster because the only one available not made in China was an English toaster that was ten times more expensive.

If this bill becomes law, current domestic makers/distributors will have a heyday in overpricing profits for a short while, but I believe that other flag manufacturers will emerge and make competition for the consumer dollar a real issue for the existing makers.
